Connections: Connect Your Sending Mailbox

The Connections section is where you connect the mailbox that will send campaign emails through Unifers. You must connect at least one mailbox before you can select a sender for a campaign.

Once connected, your mailbox appears on the Connections page, where you can view its connection type, status and warm-up progress.

Open Connections

• From the left-side menu, click Connections.

• If you have not connected a mailbox yet, you will see the message No connections yet.
• Click Add or buy connections to get started.

Choose a Connection Method

Unifers provides two ways to connect a mailbox:

• Gmail / G-Suite: Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox using Google sign-in.
• IMAP / SMTP: Connect another email provider by entering the mailbox server settings manually.

Choose the method that matches the mailbox you want to use for outreach.

Manage Connected Mailboxes

After a mailbox is connected, it will appear in the Connections table.

The table displays:

• Email: The connected sender address.
• Mode: The connection type, such as Google.
• Status: Whether the mailbox is active.
